There's a scene where DeNiro forcefully takes the blonde from behind. Nothing is shown, but the guy who hires the men to do the robbery tells them that the blonde likes it in the ass.

I seem to recall there was a scene missing from this scenario... during the stick up/robbery the lady was "introduced" to one of the robbers. That's why she is trying to guess when they all unzip in front of her.
