Hi guys, welcome to Ava Cox's fitness studio. Today I have Ladybug with me and I'm going to be showing her some little exercises for her to get her arms and her abs all nice and tight.

Okay so today we are going to start off with a few squats that's going to get our arms in nice shape. I think our arms look pretty nice though to be fair.

Okay so now we've got all warmed up I'm going to let Ladybug show me how she does her squats.

Ooh, you've got a nice bum. You've got a lovely little waist there and a really nice shape. Keep going. Two more. Let's just have a little look at it and shake it all out for a minute.
