On the home stretch of a trip to get groceries, I wanted to make you a booby play video. 至 Salfordreds : Yah huh huh, I quite agree. I’ve made several bowls of porridge this winter and managed all of two mouthfuls before it made me feel icky. But generally they’ve gone down pretty easy. When I’ve been able to face food that is!

In this weather you really do need some hot food at least once a day. Even soup or porridge which are both easy to eat
